I have some stuff here
my lucid dreaming technique: use ADA (all-day awareness) with constant reality checks (not enough to rid the action of its meaning) and as you fall asleep try to keep lucid dreaming on your mind as you are falling asleep. At some point in the night I usually wake up naturally and fall back asleep, this tends to occur during one of my rem cycles (luckily) however for some of you it might not be the same case. When you wake up try not to get too excited because that will only keep you awake and your goal is to stay tired. As you lie in bed (completely still) you will most liekly begin to enter a strong state of hypnogogia being that this is during rem and the hallucinations will be very extreme, interact with some of them if you please but I tend to ride it out until I am fully in a dream state. Similar to wild, but also a bit of mild and other various techniques. As you fall asleep, visualize a mirror and try to grip it, touch it, interact with it until you are sure that this mirror is tangible in your "dream state". Then do as you please.
my astral projection technqiue: wake up at your natural time and don't move a muscle. Lay still for some time and do not open your eyes or fall asleep. Hopefully since you just got out of rem sleep you should be able to easily let your body (not your mind fall back asleep becaus that will screw everything up.) fall into a deep state of relaxtion and sleep. Eventually at some point (assuming you have leaving your body on your mind) you will begin to experience either one of the two (sometimes a combination of both).
once this phase has begun, start trying to move an arm, then a leg, and so on and so forth until you "pop" out of your body and are in the astral plane. If done right, you will remember the vivid experience and have complete control over it as well. Chances are, when you think something is happeing-- it probably is. Good luck.
